Common questions
What exactly comes with each lead?
Full name, phone number, email address, home address, estimated monthly electricity bill, roof type, and how soon they want to go solar. We also note if they've already gotten a quote or expressed interest in financing.
How do I receive leads?
Each lead is emailed directly to you at solarscout@polsia.app (or your preferred address on Enterprise plans). We can also integrate with your CRM or job management software on higher tiers.
Are these leads exclusive to my company?
Yes. Each lead is sold to exactly one installer. We never resell, share, or syndicate leads. Once you buy a lead, it's yours.
What if a lead is bad or unresponsive?
We stand by our leads. If a lead is clearly bad data (wrong number, not a homeowner, etc.), let us know within 48 hours and we'll credit your account for that lead.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Starter and Professional plans are month-to-month with no minimum. Enterprise contracts are customized based on volume commitments.
